Welcome to dutchfries.com (the "Site"), operated by Dutch Fries (Dutch Fries Private Limited). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is currently a pre-launch information page. It presents our brand, our concept and an early look at our menu, and allows you to sign up to be notified when we open. No sales or online ordering take place through the Site at this time.

2. Information is indicative

Because we have not yet opened, everything shown on the Site — including menu items, portion sizes, seasonings, dips, drinks, photographs, descriptions and all pricing (such as portion prices, dip and drink prices and combo prices) — is indicative only, subject to change, and does not constitute a binding offer. Final menu and prices will be confirmed at the point of sale when we open. Applicable taxes may apply in addition to the prices shown.

Product photography on the Site is illustrative and may not depict the final product.

3. Launch notifications

If you submit your e-mail address, you consent to receive launch-related updates from us. You can ask us to remove you at any time by e-mailing kushagra.shukla@dutchfries.com. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Dutch Fries name, logo, the tagline "Not French. Just Better.", and the text, design and imagery on the Site are our property or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

You may share links to the Site freely.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
• Submit false, abusive or automated form submissions
• Copy or scrape the Site's content for commercial use

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from reliance on pre-launch information published on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
